Wellness: A trip to the SPCA

Hello readers! Viona here!
My group and I had a fruitful visit to SPCA last Tuesday. In case you do not know what SPCA is, it is the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animal.
It is located at 31 Mt Vernon Road.
We decided to make a trip down SPCA for our last post as we wanted to show some love to the abandon animals. Despite how small SPCA was, we had fun playing with the animals! Not only did we gain insight on what SPCA and the volunteers were like, we got a chance to see a dog getting adopted! It was utterly uplifting!
Here are 10 reasons why you should adopt a sheltered dog:
1. You will save a life when you adopt a dog.
2. Pure breeds also need rescuing.
3. The initial cost is usually less for a sheltered dogs.
4. Mixed breed dogs can compete in agility and obedience.
5. A mixed breed dogs might have fewer health problems.
6. There will be more unique dogs to choose from.
7. You can find a dog that is already trained.
8. The size and personality of the dogs are usually clear.
9. You do not need to deal with the puppy stage.
10. The shelter will give you a trial period to make sure the dog is right for you.

Meet Pete. I had this sudden urge to bring him home. Unfortunately, I have a zoo at home already.

Jojo is adopted!!! Fion had a nice time chatting with the dog before it left. It is so heart-warming to see them so excited to leave the cage!

Thank you for reading and your never ending support!
